House Construction in our Lao Garden (May 2003)
	Improving the entrance by building a big roof for the entrance. the roof protects us from the heat of the sun and from the heavy rain in the rainy season.
		The entrance is finished. A great big roof with polished wood underneath and nice tiles on the floor. Actually we used the same tiles as for the kitchen floor.
		You can see the two sets of doors. The outer doors are the solid ones we close at night or when we go out. The inner doors are basically mosquito screens. Most of the time we have all our doors and windows open.
