MAY Public Project Management Ltd. MAY Public Project Management provides strategic and operational services to governments and public agencies as well as international organizations, NGO's and professional associations. Public Project Management services embrace international good practice benchmarks and standards, and maintains a hands-on approach to policy implementation. In 2001, MAY Public Project Management founded the SEE University Foundation, Zurich, an international institution to establish the South East European University in Tetovo, Macedonia. In February 2001, the construction of the new university started on the campus site in Tetovo. At the same, the team of the SEE University at Tetovo Foundation has started the administrative and academic work. The opening cermony of the SEE University has been held on November 20th, 2001.
